A leading law firm is seeking an E-Biller or Billing Assistant to join its Finance team in Liverpool. This key role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in eBilling and Billing processes, while collaborating closely with fee earners and other business services teams.Key Responsibilities: Manage eBilling processes, ensuring smooth integration with client portals. Support billing functions, track eBilling data, and resolve queries. Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Credit Control teams to ensure efficient billing flows. Regularly update client guidelines and rates and manage eBilling inquiries. Requirements: Experience with Billing or eBilling platforms such as Collaborati, Datacert, and Legal Tracker (desirable) Strong knowledge of VAT, accounting rules, and Excel.
