Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is expanding their Braintree office and seeking a Sales Negotiator.
Ideally, our client is looking for an individual who has a passion for both the property industry and for hitting/exceeding KPIs. As well as, someone who is confident, has a desire to learn and has naturally good interpersonal skills.
This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in Estate Agency!
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
1. A basic salary plus commission OTE of up to £32,000
2. Car allowance or company car
3. End-of-year discretionary profit share

Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week
Sales Negotiator requirements:

6. Be highly ambitious and driven
7. Ability to work alone, as well as part of a wider team
8. Hold a full clean UK driving licence
9. Good communication skills; both written and verbal
10. Strong interpersonal skills
11. A willingness to learn and develop
