Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles and machinery. This role requires great attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans and campervans
* Carry out routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve engine, transmission, and electrical issues
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical faults
* Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain vehicle issues to customers
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a mechanic
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical processes
* Ability to diagnose complex mechanical problems
* Experience using various diagnostic tools and repair equipment
* A valid driving licence
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
