Our client, a leading supplier of materials to the construction sector, has an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join their established team in their head-office based near Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for managing existing and new customers, ensuring first-class customer service at all times.
This is an ideal role for someone with a minimum of 12 months sales experience looking for their next step up the sales career ladder and a desire to move into Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing customer purchase orders
* Informing customers of deliveries
* Generating new tenders
* Sending out introduction letters and merchandise
* Collating management information for reporting
* Exploring new business opportunities as well as managing existing customers
* Arranging supplier and customer meetings
The successful person will have:
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
* Minimum of 12 months sales experience with a good understanding of the sales process
* Full training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome
* UK Driving Licence - Essential
* Degree or equivalent
