About the Role
Are you a driven and experienced Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a team? This is a fantastic chance to take on a senior leadership role within a highly respected property consultancy, working on a diverse range of projects across the UK.
As an RCA Manager / Building Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a national team of surveyors, overseeing key projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You’ll play a crucial role in Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA) while also getting involved in a variety of building surveying and insurance-related activities.

Rewards
In return for your expertise and leadership, you’ll receive a competitive salary starting from £65,000 - £75,000 per annum DOE, plus a £5,500 car allowance, ensuring you’re well-rewarded for your contribution.
