A Berkshire based Local Authority are looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer For this role, you'll need to: Be HHSRS qualified. Have knowledge of the Public Health Act, Building Act, Housing Act 2004, PDPA Act 1949 and EPA1990. Have experience in conducting HMO and HHSRS inspections. Have your own car to drive in and around the borough to complete inspections. Have experience in drawing basic floor plans. Experience in Caravan Licensing is a bonus This is an initial 3 month role with a high likelihood of being extended.
