Overview: The Full-Time Key Holder is crucial in assisting the Store/Showroom Manager with day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.
2. Handle cash and banking tasks.
3. Manage stock rotation and ensure attractive merchandise displays.
4. Maintain store security and handle customer complaints professionally.
5. Contribute to marketing activities and regular stock checks.
6. Use modern POS systems efficiently.
7. Motivate staff and assist with recruitment, training, and development.
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, ideally in the baby sector.
2. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets with a flexible schedule.
