Remuneration: £26,250 - plus £1000 working from home allowance

The Titration Support Team Assistant plays a key role in supporting patients as they move through their treatment journey, providing empathetic, high-quality, and efficient care. An advocate for continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of our digital transformation pathway, and ensuring an excellent patient experience with reduced wait times.
This role is ideal for someone adaptable and eager to grow, who can thrive in a changing environment and support colleagues across the department as needed. Full training will be provided on our patient portal and NHS systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain wide-ranging experience with potential for rapid career progression.
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.
As our Titration Support Team Assistant you will:
1. Process patient referrals and progress cases through the titration journey.
2. Communicate effectively with patients and stakeholders via email and other platforms.
3. Locate, collate, and cross-reference patient data, logs, and records.
4. Provide responsive, empathetic support to patients.
5. Prepare regular reports and provide administrative support.
6. Prioritise and plan your workload to meet deadlines and service targets.
7. Cover for colleagues when required and adapt to shifting team priorities.
8. Participate in regular supervision and the PUK PDR process.
9. Undertake mandatory training including Information Governance, safeguarding, and Health and Safety.
10. Be a key contributor to our departmental improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Strong customer service skills in a digital environment.
2. Data entry experience and excellent attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
6. Confident in prioritising tasks and meeting targets/KPIs.
7. Willing to support other business areas at short notice.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker role.
2. Healthcare qualification.
