Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive support to the Colleague Services Manager and on-site teams
* Maintain records, reports, and documentation for compliance
* Coordinate cleaning, catering, and maintenance services
* Monitor and update workplace management systems
* Generate and analyse workplace metrics reports
* Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expenses
* Act as the main contact for workplace queries
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers for efficient service delivery
Qualifications
* Experience in coordination or administrative roles, ideally in facilities or workplace management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management systems
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations (preferred)
* Previous experience in managing teams and soft services
