We are looking for a care recruiter to help us employ and onboard the best possible carers to deliver exceptional in people's homes and make a positive difference to their lives. Joining our in-house recruitment team, you'll be part of managing the whole recruitment lifecycle. You will directly contribute to our ability to provide high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: The purpose of the role is to recruit high quality Live-In and Visiting Carers including: Screening, interviewing and selecting candidates. Guiding candidates through onboarding and compliance. Assisting with HR administration, including contracts and record management. Give ideas, feedback and input to constantly improve our recruitment performance. Participate in recruitment activities in the community such as job fairs and stalls. Helping out and being part of a team in busy friendly office. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong friendly communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruitment - ideally within the care sector. Good knowledge of the care sector. Experience of recruiting in a compliance environment. Good organisational and administrative skills. Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms. Driven and able to work to and achieve targets.
