Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer. They have an urgent requirement for an experienced Administrator with Customer Service / Coordination experience to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. It is not certain that the job will become permanent at this stage.
Salary: £12.00 per hour.
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.00pm (38.33 hours a week)

• You are an experienced Administrator / Customer Service Administrator, and a quick learner.
• You are happy to work on your own, in a fast-paced job, in a busy service centre.
• You are IT literate with Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel), and are able to pick up in-house systems quickly.
• You drive and have your own transport.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving service and call-out bookings for Service Engineers, via telephone and other sources.
• Checking Engineers availability, and assigning jobs to them.
• Coordinating the booking, liaising between the Engineers and the business customers.
• Sorting holiday approvals.
• Updating systems accurately.
