HR ADMINISTRATOR
MACS provides support services for children and young people aged 16-25 years who may be experiencing a range of issues including homelessness, mental health difficulties, and leaving care.
MACS HR and Admin Team has responsibility for the support functions in MACS, ensuring effective processing of Staff Learning and Development, Recruitment, and Personnel records. The team provides telephone and reception arrangements and organisational correspondence, which maintain the welcoming atmosphere and culture for staff, young people, and visitors to MACS!

Posts Available: Part Time (21 hours), Permanent (Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays)
Salary: £23,114 (pro rata)
Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 24.6 days annual leave (including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity, and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible and remote working options available.
