Finance Officer - Income - Part time (17.5 hours)
Are you customer focused, driven and always asking questions? Then this could be the role for you! Supporting the Rent and Service Charge team, you will ensure that all income receipts are recorded and processed in accordance with our policies and procedures. With a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for setting up new tenancies with the correct rent charge. When you aren't posting to rent accounts, you will be speaking to staff as the first point of contact for the Association for rent transaction queries.
