About Us Treloar’s is a charity which runs one of the UK’s largest specialist education centres for young disabled people to live and learn. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to deliver effective and confidential administrative support to the Finance & Resources Director, as well as the broader management team at Treloar’s. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a charitable organisation rated as Outstanding by CQC & OFSTED. In this key position you will manage a range of tasks including, diary management, taking minutes, organisation of meetings, composing letters and in general dealing with information of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a high-level PA or senior administrator. Proficiency in minute-taking, exceptional communication and organisational skills, adaptability, and strong IT capabilities are essential. The ability to deal with people sensitively and work with discretion and adhere to confidentiality is also important. This is a part-time role, requiring 4 days of work each week, and is offered on a full-year contract basis.
