Due to expansion our client is currently looking to recruit a Junior Product Manager to join an inclusive and innovative team. Role Key Responsibilities: • Manage product portfolios in the UK and EU for a growth orientated product division.• Assist senior product managers with product launches, aftersales support, and market analysis.• Collaborate with teams in the UK, North America, and China.• Identify opportunities and shape product roadmaps.• Develop justifications for new product investments and improvements.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and packaging reviews.• Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.• Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and market trends.• Act as the voice of the customer when performing product sample audits and advising on product improvements.• Help create and maintain product documentation and training materials.• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.• Support sales and marketing teams with consumer insights.• Participate in market launch activities and create content to highlight product features. Experience and Skills • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.• Understanding of product management principles and waterfall projects is advantageous.• Ability to identify product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.• Understanding of researching products and technical specifications in a market.• Knowledge of differing product, sales, and marketing requirements in various retail channels.• Experience in presenting and report writing with summaries and recommendations.• Ability to create insights from customer research to influence the product roadmap.• Good understanding of marketing principles and their impact on product development.• Passion for delivering the best customer product experience.• Opportunities to travel to China, North America, and within Europe.• This role is perfect for someone eager to become a product expert and contribute to our clients ambitious growth plans.
