Tayside Contracts is looking for an inspirational and strategic individual to lead the largest and longest-serving local authority shared service in Scotland, employing approximately employees serving, citizens.
You will have lead responsibility for ensuring the development of and delivery of a range of services ensuring Tayside Contracts meets the requirements of best value and continuous improvements, empowering employees, encouraging innovation, improving performance and promoting effective learning and knowledge management.
We are looking for someone with the highest level of political astuteness and personal integrity, alongside the ability to apply strong critical thinking skills to enable the organisation to deliver its objectives within statutory and value for money requirements.
Your ability to form close and productive working relationships within and out with the organisation is key, as is the ability to further strengthen relationships with a range of organisations both locally and nationally.
