Job Description
* Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers
* Preparing flight briefs for clients
* Ensuring proper handover to brokers, airlines and operations
* Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters
* Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
* Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues
* Complete flight documents for confirmed charters
* Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary
* Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed
Qualifications
About you
* Previous experience working in a customer facing role is essential
* Aviation or airport experience is desired
* Fluency in a second language is desirable
* Eligible to frequently travel, often at late notice
* Full UK driver's license
* Deliver high quality of service
* Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
* Ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
* Ambition, drive and self-motivation
* Friendly, personable and empathetic
* A hard-working team player
Additional Information
Starting salary of £35,000 per annum
* 22 days’ holiday per year, increasing to 25 after 1 years service & with length of service
