Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm, ½ hour lunch, 30 hours per week

We have the pleasure of exclusively recruiting for part-time 'Accounts Administrator' to provide maternity cover on a 3 months fixed term rolling contract based in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The part-time hours will be 30 hours per week which can be done over 4 days or across the week. You will be working within a family and supportive environment, providing support to the finance team.
As the Accounts Administrator your duties will be:
1. Processing invoices
2. Sales and purchase ledger reconciliation
3. Preparation of aged debtor reporting
4. Managing petty cash and processing expenses
5. Setting up suppliers
6. Dealing with incoming calls
7. Investigating and resolving suppliers' queries
Ideal candidate:
1. Accounting / bookkeeping experience
2. SAP experience
3. Able to work to deadlines
4. Good organisational and communication skills

1. Monday to Friday 30 hours per week, flexible to cover 4 days per week or across 5 days
