Maintenance ManagerSidcup8am-5pm, Mon-FriUp to £60k Per Annum
Main Duties and responsibilities:
1. Covering call out desk for lunches and annual leave
2. Ensure all engineers are in work and are on schedule.
3. Raising Purchase Orders for parts ordered on the Lift Data System and filing in the appropriate contract file.
4. Liaising with engineers/suppliers for required parts.
5. Providing clients with full updates where lifts are out of service.
6. Review out of service lifts.
7. Review and mark up all service and call out sheets - daily.
8. Closing non charge call outs on system - daily
9. Pricing up call outs on system - daily
10. Looking in stores for spare parts.
11. Receiving, logging, actioning, and forwarding Insurance Reports.
12. Updating insurance tracker.
13. Dealing with all maintenance insurance items including follow ups
14. Monthly reporting to be generated and issued for 9 major bulk contracts.
15. Generating maintenance contract renewals and passing to accounts.
16. Throughout the month rolling over any renewals.
17. Cancelling contracts on the system and advising all.
18. Adding new lifts onto tracker system and scheduling
19. Overdue service reporting and planning.
20. Attending client meetings.
21. General management of engineers and maintenance Co Ordinator.
