As part of the role, you will ensure voluntary milking systems are serviced to the highest standards. Additionally, you'll assist sales managers by handling customer inquiries and showcasing product features during demonstrations. Working independently yet within a close-knit, skilled team, you'll report directly to the Aftermarket and Service Manager. Your main responsibilities will include servicing and supporting voluntary milking systems, offering technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers and collaborating closely with district sales managers to address inquiries and support clients. You'll manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks independently. Travel may be required for training purposes and to assist colleagues in different regions, all while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
