As a HR Officer, you will be in a stand-alone role reporting into the Managing Director for a Manufacturing company based in Huddersfield. This role focuses on managing employee relations, HR processes, policies and procedures, compliance with employment laws, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations.

Our client is a large Manufacturing company with approx 100 employees onsite in Huddersfield.
Description
1. Partner with the Directors
2. Manage employee relations casework D&G, sickness, performance management
3. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
4. Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
5. Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments.
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
7. Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
1. Senior stakeholder management with the ability to challenge
2. Excellent communication and people skills.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
5. Manage and develop HR processes, policies, and procedures.
6. HR Administration including contracts of employment
