Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to work for an established business in Reigate. The Accounts Payable - Accounts Assistant role is to start ASAP as a temp and will be working on a hybrid basis, supporting the Purchase Ledger Finance team with everyday transactional accounting such as; accounts payable, purchase orders, supplier invoicing, processing payments etc.
Pay rate: £13-14.25 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Hybrid working - Reigate, Surrey - 3 days office, 2 days home
Duration: Start ASAP - Temp for initially up to 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours - 8.30-5
Accounts Payable Assistant - Purchase Ledger duties:
Reconciliation with supplier statements
Monthly payment runs
Handling invoice / payment queries
Producing and sending out invoices
Processing general journals
Managing the supplier ledgerSkills and experience:
Experience of working in a similar Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Assistant support type role
Good IT skills and ideally have used systems such as; Netsuite, SAP, Dynamics etc
