We are looking for a dynamic and committed Facilities Manager who will both operationally manage and strategically develop all estates and facilities related services at our Epping Campus. Reporting to the Group Director Estates, you will also lead on capital investment in your physical estate and manage adaptation, alteration, refurbishment and improvement projects and all associated budgets with regard to the estates service. You will also be the organisation's competent person at the site and senior management lead on health & safety, fire safety and security.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications, and extensive experience in the management of all aspects of hard and soft facilities services and health & safety. You will lead a high-quality team in delivering exceptional value and customer service to the college community. You must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in building and building services engineering; management of BMS systems; compliance; change and contract management; and the development and delivery of capital programmes on time and to budget.
