We are looking for aSenior Clinical Pharmacistwith to join a collaborative Pharmacy team in a London based Hospital. This full-time role comes with a salary ofup to £66,000and many excellent benefits. Accepting applications fromGPhC Registered Pharmacists (UK)with experience in aOncology/Haematologysetting.
As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team.
You will need to bring with you:
* MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the GPhC
* Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma/Masters in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent) or willing to enrol
* Experience covering Oncology/Haematology specialties
* Experience in a hospital setting
During your first few weeks in this Senior Clinical Pharmacist role, you can expect to:
* Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service
* Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
* Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
