The successful candidate will become an integral part of the business, helping to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and innovation.Job PurposeThe Fourteen IP Communications Ltd Conversational AI Technician is responsible for the development, production, testing and support of AI based implementations such as Evolution Virtual Agent - EVA. In addition, the role also includes development, configuration and support of 3rd party integrations and APIs.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild and support of conversational AI voice and chat botsProvide support to AI developers, AI Support/Project management and technical support to other internal teamsAssist with testing, configuration and documentation of technical solutionsMake recommendations for enhancements as needed to enhance customer experienceMaintain AI solution after careAssist with project planning and customer deliveryDevelop and integrate conversational AI solution and APIs with 3 rd party systemsDevelop voice and chat bot development processes, good practices & proceduresSet design guidelines, best practices, and standardsApply concepts and good practices related to Natural languageIntegrate conversational AI solution with SIP telephony systemsPerson SpecificationEssential Experience and Skills Required for Post:An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsEducational background in computer science, mathematics, computational linguistics, or similar fieldStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders of different skill setsStrong drive and work ethic and a keenness to learnExcellent organisational skillsDynamic and able to multi-task and prioritise workloadExperienced with Python programming languageFamiliar with JSON file architectureExperienced with DatabasesExperience and Skills Preferred for Post:Experience with automation and integration with third-party apps and APIsUnderstanding of conversational voice and chatbot architectureKnowledge of chatbot platforms and some working experience in the development of chatbot's, voicebots or NLP technologiesExperience with Generative AIExperience with Cisco Broadworks Cloud PlatformFluent in multiple spoken languagesTPBN1_UKTJ
