My client based in Colchester, is seeking an experienced Techinical Administrator to join their team based in Colchester.
Job responsibilities:
* Provide technical/admin support for customer facing new product development (NPD) projects.
* Raise, plan, and record trials and validation protocols.
* Support Quality customer requests.
* Raise and obtain approval of new raw material part numbers as required.
* Manage supplier quotations, raise purchase orders and receipt of sample materials.
* Administrate site Change Controls and ensure thorough documentation is filled for audits.
* Accurately update and maintain technical trials matrix/project trackers.
* Support the team with cover for annual leave, including artwork processing.
* Support artwork processing with management of printing plate deliveries.
* Support the team and business as required.
Personal Specifications:
1. Working towards KPI's
2. Experience within in a technical/administrative/project support role in new product development.
3. Familiarity with technical and mechanical equipment, manufacturing environments, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
4. Customer-facing project administration experience
5. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and SAP.
