Join Our Team Reactive Works Administrator We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Reactive Works Administrator to join our Reactive Trades Team. In this key role, you will act as the central point of coordination, responsible for: Raising job requests and managing quoted works Ensuring RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are completed prior to site commencement Keeping both clients and engineers informed with timely updates Managing permits and compliance documentation This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service and support. Primary Duties of theReactive Works Administrator: Work closely with Fabric Contracts Assistant Plan and Schedule in Quoted jobs for specific trades daily. Advise clients with regards to date of attendance. Realistic time frames, dictated by trade and availability. Complete All RAMS for Quoted Works and any reactive where client has requested. Manage Materials Delivery Check material delivery min 24 hours prior to job commencement date. Answer telephone calls from Engineers to assist with on site queries. Liaise and respond to client queries escalating to the contracts manager or client relations manager if needed Complete Requisites on internal CRM systems. Create Fire Door Report Shared with Fabric Planned Assistant Complete All Permits of work. Previous experience within the industry is highly advantageous. Skills Required: Strong communication skills. A confident ability to resolve problems. Excellent typing with attention to detail. Able to work as part of a team or alone when required. Ability to flex between work flows dependent on business demand. A knowledge of the construction/ facilities management industry. Previous experience in a trade environment. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm / Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am 4pm, alternating weekly. Pension scheme offered Holiday at statutory plus bank holidays
