Job Title: Agile Coach - Retail Banking
Job Description
Our client, a leading Retail Bank, has recently restructured its chief operating office to streamline and enhance ways of working. This restructure focuses on delivering key customer-improving journeys, rather than trying to do everything. As a result, newly defined and combined delivery streams have been created, covering everyday banking, services, youth, and services. An agile coach will be aligned to each goal to support shared agile ways of working across the Retail Bank.
Responsibilities
1. Foster collaborative ways of working and delivering work in a unified manner.
2. Work with customer journey teams to coach effective agile delivery.
3. Collaborate with customer journey and technology teams to coach effective project planning.
4. Support the business towards achieving a single backlog across each customer journey.
5. Coach effective ways of delivering and showcasing value.
6. Coach business and technology teams (including agile coaches, product owners, customer journey managers, business analysts, etc.) on how to organize into value-aligned journeys.
7. Foster and drive organisational change from the top down.
