Senior Residential Children's Support Worker Required
About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to provide key therapeutic support to vulnerable young people in our communities.
Many of these young people have experienced trauma, abuse, or extreme circumstances, requiring a high level of care and understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide emotional support and guidance to young people in residential settings
* Develop and maintain trusting relationships with residents
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in children's support services
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or Children's Residential Services
* Fully enhanced DBS check
* No visa restrictions for full-time work in the UK

Desirable Qualifications
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential. A driving licence is also preferred but not required.
