Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role:
As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our care home, ensuring that it provides a safe, nurturing environment for residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential and dementia care, promoting independence, and offering choice to our residents.
Your role will focus on supporting a dedicated team, helping them to understand the unique needs of each resident, and implementing personalized care plans. You will inspire the team to deliver the highest standards of care and lead by example, ensuring that all regulatory standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and motivate the team, setting high standards of care and professionalism.
• Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in care delivery.
About You:
You will be a proven leader with:
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC/CIW ratings.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Work Schedule:
• 40 hours per week (typically Monday to Friday).
• 8-hour shifts, day shift.
