This is a brand-new role, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity to shape it and make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing Formatting confidential documents and reports with precision and professionalism Preparing transcripts and summaries from key meetings Supporting the team with admin tasks and projects Assisting with onboarding new hires, references and all compliance ensuring a smooth and positive experience Managing spreadsheets and data in Excel Providing general admin support to the wider HR team What We’re Looking For Strong Word and Excel skills – you enjoy keeping things organised and structured Attention to detail – you’ll be working with important HR documents A positive, can-do attitude – you’re approachable, friendly, and always happy to help Someone proactive – you’ll have the freedom to shape the role and make it your own What’s In It for You?
