What you’ll do day to day
* Establish customers’ needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis, and recommendations as appropriate
* Communicate relevant promotions and offers to customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service to external and internal customers
* Receive, record, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
* Report any stock damages or losses
* Assist with parts stock checks
* Liaise and maintain a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer
* Be fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
* Maintain and update displays as per manufacturer requirements
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Full UK Driving Licence
* Motor Industry experience is preferable
* Happy to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail, good communication, and a passion for delivering great customer service
