This position is perfect for Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience who are eager to take their career to the next level. You'll be working alongside a Senior Fee Earner in a highly reputable L500 firm, offering exceptional career progression.
Key Requirements:
* To be considered, candidates must have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
* Applications without this experience will not be accepted
Responsibilities:
* Open new files and input instructions into the Case Management system, generating relevant letters and documents
* Update the Case Management system in line with team procedures throughout the process
* Issue contracts on sale files and assist with responding to enquiries
* Order searches and manage exchanges and associated paperwork
* Set up completions and issue mortgage reports to clients
