Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £30,000 basic + £10,000 commission OTE

A bit about the SDR role:
You will be working with you direct manager, the CRO and then aligned with a senior sales person to help win new clients for the company. Your role will be to reach out to relevant points of contact in target organisations to encourage them to engage further with the business. The selling style is very consultative and you will receive lots training to develop your skills to sell at a senior level. The company are really looking for hungry candidates, who want to come in, be coachable, learn about sales, but also wants to progress to become an Account Executive in 18 months time.
