We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Test Analyst to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester - hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Review project related documentation, in particular Business Requirements/acceptance criteria or User stories, to ensure that tests are valid and can be executed. Provide Impact Assessments based on project and testing documentation Produce high level test conditions Re-write or Create detailed manual test cases/scenarios Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices Execute test cases/scenarios and record results against expected outcomes using Jira / Zephyr Raise, review and retest defects Report progress and escalate any issue or blockers. Work with other team members to share knowledge and best practice and identify any opportunities for continual process improvement To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: ISTQB Qualified - Foundation Level Experience working in a Test Analyst role - ideally within a Financial Services organisation Strong understanding of fundamental test processes Familiar with Jira / Confluence & Zephyr Ability to produce test products from business and project related documentation Ability to develop effective working relationships and communicate with key stakeholders including test team members, business users, vendors and technology partners Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Able to manage own workload At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
