Potensis are delighted to partner with a Leading National Residential Developer who are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The business is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a dedicated professional to help drive its success.
As a Technical Coordinator working with our Client’s dedicated Building Safety Team, you’ll support the Technical Manager in the management and oversight of technical matters across multiple Fire Remediation projects from conception to completion
This gives you the opportunity to gain experience in this growing specialised sector, which, given the recent developments to building safety regulations, will provide you with a secure pipeline of work for years to come.
Consequently, this role is ideal for someone looking to take their career to the next level. The company has clear growth plans and you will have the opportunity to progress to a Technical Manager position within their large and expanding business.
The right candidate will have:
• A background in the technical aspects of residential construction, with:
o (Preferable) Experience working with a residential developer on medium-rise complex projects.
o (Preferable) Experience in Façades/Cladding, Building Safety Works, or Fire Remediation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
You will be required to commute to the Client’s office in North-East Kent 4 days per week.
