Are you a passionate Science Teacher with a specialization in Biology and a desire to inspire the next generation of scientists? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join our high-achieving department in a dynamic and innovative secondary school in West London. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025, and we welcome applications from both experienced Science Teachers and ECTs.

About the Science Department:
The Science department is a collaborative and supportive team passionate about igniting a love of science in students. About the Role:
* Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, focusing on Biology at Key Stage 4 and A Level.
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons catering to diverse learning styles, emphasizing practical work in Biology.
* Assess student progress, set targets, and provide feedback to support individual learning in Science.
* Contribute to curriculum development and resource creation to keep the Science curriculum relevant, challenging, and inspiring.
* Share your passion for Biology to inspire students to explore the natural world and deepen their scientific understanding.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Participate in professional development to enhance your teaching practice and stay updated with Science education developments.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent.
* Has excellent subject knowledge in Science, with specialization in Biology.
* Demonstrates passion for teaching Science and a commitment to student success.
* Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Builds rapport with students and fosters an inclusive, positive learning environment.
* Understands the National Curriculum for Science.
* Committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
