Location: Evesham Salary: Starting at £13.50 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour following successful completion of probation Contract Options (Shifts to be discussed at interview): 37.5 hours per week 42.5 hours per week Available Shifts: 3 shifts available, Sunday to Thursday 37.5-hour contract : Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm 42.5-hour contract : Sunday 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm 1 shift available, Monday to Friday 37.5-hour contract : Monday-Friday 10am-6pm 42.5-hour contract : Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Role Overview: As a Product Packer, you will be working closely with the Despatch Team Leader to ensure that products are packed and dispatched in accordance with company guidelines. You will handle a variety of bathroom-related products, including ceramics, furniture, shower enclosures, baths, and bath screens, while maintaining a focus on accuracy, quality, and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Check that picked products match customer orders, raising discrepancies and organizing corrections. Inspect product quality before dispatching, raising any issues when necessary. Pack products to warehouse standards, ensuring safe dispatch through the appropriate system. Ensure a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and integrity within the team.
