You'll be joining the Digital Team as a Content Manager within the Digital Ecosystem Team, a group of top-tier creatives across design, copy and content, crafting outstanding digital experiences that engage our customers and compel them to transact with us more often. You'll be a part of a team delivering ambitious transformation across the full customer lifecycle.
You'll handle content in multiple environments, from sales to service, working with the product owners and trading teams to ensure our content is accurately led, and optimised for the target customer. Work with our designers and copywriters and help them structure their assets for ease of automation and rapid change. You'll work with our CMS platforms Strapi and StoryBlok, and our product catalogue, making updates as required, being responsible for the correct content being shown to the correct people. You'll be as comfortable working in a sophisticated product catalogue working with large data sets as you would updating web pages and prioritising web content. You'll also be comfortable working with overnight or early releases to minimise disruption to customers. You're someone who cares about quality and delivering a phenomenal customer experience.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* Experience in a transformational digital environment
* Understanding and experience of agile delivery
* Good proficiency in a headless publishing environment
* Good proficiency in a pattern library tool such as Storybook
* Understanding of analytics, using data to advise decisions
* Good understanding of A/B and multi-variant testing
* Solid understanding of content management systems and content management principles
* You have a good understanding of HTML and CSS

* You're comfortable using multiple platforms, switching between tools to perform different tasks
* You are a self-starter, happy to work both autonomously and collaboratively
