At Fawkes & Reece we are currently seeking to speak to any Administrative specialists, to join a leading tier 1 contractor as an Site Administrator on a permanent basis. Based in their site office in Portsmouth, with travel to head office and client offices required regularly.
My client has a requirement for an Site Administrator to join their business, where there is extensive opportunity for both progression and personal development. Working across a magnitude of sites and working with the key clients to improve system and documentation management. You will also be responsible for liaising with locals and providing support to the wider business, as and when required.
The nature of the role as Site Administrator will be to provide support amongst the head office, stakeholders, liaising with employees of the business, clients and suppliers. Logging and inputting data, preparing documents and providing support throughout the business and to external individuals.
The role of Site Administrator does require someone with previous construction exposure, with an administrative background. An organised nature alongside a proactive attitude is a key requirement with confident communication skills both written and verbal and knowledge regarding computer systems is essential including Microsoft packages.
