Administrator (Band 4)
Brook Street is seeking a talented Administrator to join the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service at their Eastern Headquarters in Belfast.
* Temporary role, for up to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
* Full time
* Monday - Friday between 0900 1700
* £12.86 PH
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide a modern, efficient, and customer-focused administrative service, adhering to NIFRS policies and data protection regulations.
* Prepare and collate important documents like letters, memos, statistics, and reports for management, committees, and other stakeholders.
* Design, create, and maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to all systems.
* Offer guidance and support to staff on current administrative processes.
To be considered you will have:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths.
* At least two years of experience in an office environment, with a proven track record in business support tasks, including scheduling and meeting support.
