Job Description : Electrical Technician Burghead Engineering Centre 9 Month Secondment Closing date - 17th April 2025 We are delighted to share that we are searching for a Time Served Electrical Technician to join our team at Burghead Engineering Centre Salary of £58,470 which includes a competitive benefits package including pension, shares scheme and bonus Our Engineering teams have an outstanding passion for what they do, and we are looking for a driven and diligent individual to bring their own unique contributions to the team About the role Electrical Technicians are primarily responsible for Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance & repair, and should problem solvers. Following Health and Safety policy as well as ensuring it is adhered to on sites is paramount. You will own and drive asset care IMPROVE activity, both directly at site and within the asset care community. Actively taking part in root cause analysis activities and providing subject matter expertise to ensure requirements are met promptly. The successful candidate will work Closely with operations teams, CAPEX and other maintenance groups (Mech & C&I) to improve efficiency of operational assets Key points you would be responsible for are: - Attend asset care/CAPEX/Silent season review meetings along with Maintenance Managers - providing specialist insight into plans - Deliver maintenance activities for respective engineering centre/site in accordance with a weekly/daily asset care delivery plan. - Ensuring the accurate and regular update of Maintenance Systems. This role is based around a standard working week, however it does include an on call rota which will require some weekend and evening work.
