guest focused Service One Agent to join our incredible Service
One team at Pan Pacific London.

confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and
associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to
deliver the best experience for our guests.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Service One Agent, you will
be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks
as a Service One Agent will include but not be limited to:
• Excellent
communicator as you create the first impression across all contacts (guests,
associates, suppliers, visitors, residents) to ensure a memorable experience at
Pan Pacific London.
• Responsible
for creating a seamless in-room dining experience by ensuring all in-room
dining orders are accurate, clear and complete.
• Knowledge
of our F&B offerings, specials and promotions so that you can recommend and
enhance our guest’s in-room dining experience.
• You
welcome each call with a warm smile and a pleasant tone. You value our guests by using their guest
names, and you act as a bridge that can connect our guests to the right people.
