Contract and Pricing Executive required by a friendly, active travel, group tour operator. £25K per annum. Based in Hertfordshire. The Contract and Pricing Executive is responsible for managing administrative tasks within the Product & Commercial department, including loading and pricing products, creation of documents, competitor analysis, and making good commercial decisions. Contract and Pricing Executive Responsibilities:• Product Calendar: Meet deadlines to ensure timely product launches.• Contract Loading and Pricing: Ensure products are loaded and priced according to the product team’s requirements, maintaining consistency whenever possible to minimize the time needed for product loading.• Competition Analysis: Conduct regular pricing analysis of competitors and ensure approved changes are implemented promptly.• Ticketing and Docs: Establish an efficient process for booking excursions on tours and issuing any related vouchers.Contract and Pricing Executive Skills:• Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with clear and concise communication and a keen eye for detail are essential.• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and extract relevant insights from complex data.• Solid data and process management skills.• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Contract and Pricing Executive Addition Info:• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm• Hybrid working 3:2•TravelIf you would like to apply for this Contract and Pricing Executive role please send your CV with a cover note explaining your suitability to
