Here, the Emergency Department is equipped with clear protocols for direct referrals to specialised units, including the Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU), Trauma Assessment Triage Unit (TATU), Paediatric Assessment Unit (PAU) for infants under three months, and the Head and Neck Short Stay Unit (HANSSU). Additionally, we offer a fully operational Urgent Treatment Centre, ensuring efficient care for minor injuries and GP-referred cases.
