Participate in cross-functional order intake meetings to ensure accurate order entry.
* Manage multiple email inboxes and maintain organised record-keeping and contractor paperwork.
* Proven experience with business MRP systems and customer portal applications.
* Strong IT proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Expertise in building and managing supplier and customer relationships.
