Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and associated plant and equipment Service and repair HVAC systems, gas appliances, piped medical gas systems, steam plant, and other mechanical infrastructure Diagnose faults and carry out corrective action using appropriate tools, machinery, and technical knowledge Work safely and efficiently in a live environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures Accurately document work progress and completion using a CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring updates are clear and thorough Escalate issues or delays in a timely manner to avoid operational disruption Why Join This Organisation?
