About the Job:
We are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Therapist to join our team at Additional Resources.
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering specialist support to children and young people with various developmental challenges. You will be responsible for evaluating the needs of children, creating customised therapy plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, with a focus on pediatric care.
* At least 2 years' experience working with children in a pediatric setting.
* HCPC registration, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Difficulties, and other developmental challenges.
* Training in Sensory Integration and qualifications in attachment and trauma, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
* A full driving licence and access to a car for business use, with valid insurance coverage.
