The Role As a Paid Social (Meta Specialist), you will play a key role in driving the agency’s lead-generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Gen & Campaign Management: Designing, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, to generate high-quality leads. Analytics & Insights: Monitoring performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics to guide decision-making. Client Collaboration: Participating in regular client calls to provide updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Scaling Strategies: Innovating with A/B testing and staying ahead of industry trends to maximise campaign impact. Account Management: Managing client relationships and ensuring accounts are handled with care and professionalism. Requirements The agency is looking for someone who brings: Meta Ads Expertise: A proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns with advanced targeting and pixel tracking and omnichannel expertise of other platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Paid Social Experience: Several years of experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment. Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex insights. Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented professional with a passion for scaling success. Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Location Fully Remote - United Kingdom-based candidates only.
