Batch’d serves incredible sweet treats including donuts, brownies, cookies plus many more decadent baked goods. Since our launch in 2021, we’ve expanded rapidly to 25 locations across the UK, including Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, York, and Scotland. We are now looking for forward-thinking, confident candidates to join our vibrant and growing team in Meadowhall Sheffield.
Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

You will have the following responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day set of the shop to ensure smooth operations
* Driving sales growth by promoting our delicious bakery products and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance at all times.
* Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
* Serving customers and processing payments efficiently using a card machine
* Handling general housekeeping tasks and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas
